In my sequel to The Fenwold Riddle, Council Marshal Dominic Bradley has successfully led his team to the far side of the Wall, with help from the mysterious hologram Cara.
But now he has to face trumped-up charges of misconduct and abduction - accusations that could see him imprisoned rather than celebrated for his achievements. Back home in the Fenwold's capital there has been a change of government, who are intent on destroying the 'myth' that untold treasures lie on the far side.
In fighting for his good name, Dominic must call on all his resources of courage and determination - but when a further threat challenges his people's right to occupy the New Territories beyond the Wall, he faces the shame of ignominy and defeat on a scale that he could never have envisaged.

It's the yellow bit (resembling a cross between a penguin and a Dalek), based loosely on my home county of Lincolnshire (plus part of the East Riding of Yorkshire) after a bit of global warming, coastal erosion and quantitative easing.
Encouraged by my friends at Yarburgh Writers group, Dominic Bradley has been continuing on his adventures in & out of Fenwold. His first challenge comes when he doesn't receive the hero's welcome he was expecting. And then - but no, you'll have to read the sequel - The Fenwold Inheritance.
