Gelding For Beginners (My thanks to Jill Shaw for the above cartoon)

After my initial flirtation with sci-fi, my third novel is something completely different.
This is a black comedic thriller with adult themes - oo-er! - but don't worry, it's all done in the best possible taste!

Lonely factory clerk Albert’s life is going nowhere, or so he thinks. For his world turns upside-down when he is brutally snatched by three women while leaving his local cinema. After keeping him sedated for twenty-four hours they dump him naked and confused in the bleak Lincolnshire countryside.

Fed-up with being one of life's victims, he sets off in search of his kidnappers, with the help of headstrong market gardener Marion. Together they uncover a sordid trail of depravity and revenge, encountering dodgy estate agents and other weird characters along the way. (No offence to estate agents intended.)
